Best way to get a wheelchair into a hatchback car without a hoist?

I drive with hand controls and transfer independently, but loading the chair is the slow part. Right now I remove both wheels and lift the frame over my body onto the passenger seat, and it takes a couple of minutes and wrecks my shoulders.

Any technique or cheap makeshift that works in a small hatchback? Not looking at buying a hoist right now.
